Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with Irish and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it. You don’t need to provide a reason — simply let us know if you’ve changed your mind.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in original condition
• Include all original packaging and any accessories
• Be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation

Returns that are used, damaged, or not in resellable condition may not be eligible for a full refund.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

How to Return an Item
