Delivery Area
We ship to all 32 counties of Ireland. Coming soon: shipping across the EU within the next year.
Delivery Partner & Packaging
All orders are shipped via An Post with reliable, fully trackable delivery. To reduce waste, we reuse boxes and packaging materials whenever possible to minimize our environmental impact.
Shipping Cost & Policy
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order:
Up to 2kg – €9.00
Over 2kg up to 5kg – €11.00
Over 5kg up to 15kg – €13.00
- Free Shipping: Orders over €100 qualify for free delivery.
- Oversized Orders: If your order exceeds weight or size limits, we will contact you before shipping to discuss any additional costs — always aiming to keep shipping fair and affordable.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday.
- Delivery typically takes 24–48 hours after dispatch.
- Orders placed on Sundays will be processed the following Monday. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to weather.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
